The growdega

In late 2020, Growing High Point shared with me how they would be continuing the fight against food insecurity by kicking off a new program. A mobile market would be built, stocked with groceries, and would travel around to High Point’s “food deserts” (where someone has to walk more than a mile in order to buy fresh, healthy food) to provide community members with a convenient source for healthy food and essential household items.

Growing High Point brought me on board to develop a brand for the program. I first designed a fresh, conceptual logo that helped the Growdega program to stand on it’s own, while also building on the brand equity of the pre-existing Growing High Point parent brand.

After developing the logo, I worked with the Growdega team to design the vehicle exterior - from paint color to decal design. When the vehicle was completed in early 2021, I designed yard signs and promotional materials to prepare for the project launch.
